The UK Has Left The EU Customs Union!

Our prices exclude VAT, EU buyers will be required to pay customs VAT prior to delivery at the rate set by your government, we are unable to advise on import rates, please check with your authorities for further advice on customs charges that could apply to you.

EU parcels will be shipped insured and tracked with Parcelforce Worldwide at a standard charge of £30 per order.  EU shipping is a 3-5working day service plus customs clearance times, although this service is a 3-5 working days please understand these are unprecedented times, there are possibilities of customs delays and possible service disruptions due to the global pandemic and strike action, it is not uncommon now to see EU parcels taking up to three weeks to clear customs, we will do everything we can to get your order delivered to you on time and are always available to offer assistance when required but issues such as customs delays are out of our control.

All items are sent individually packaged, where multiple items are shipped together they will still be sent as one consignment but they will be packaged individually due to courier weight restrictions, each parcel will have a commercial invoice attached detailing the value of the contents and each parcel will have it's own unique tracking number which will be provided to the buyer upon dispatch of the order, because the items are packaged individually it's not uncommon for the couriers to separate the parcels which can result in items arriving at different times. 

Please be aware that the order confirmation is not an invoice. Your invoice will come packaged inside the box along with any other documents, the customs authorities should use the commercial invoice attached to the parcel to determine any customs fees that are applicable, however, if they do ask for an invoice please advise us and in the case of multiple parcels we will send you individual invoices for each parcel to avoid any complications.
