Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return your order for a refund please contact us first.
You have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund anytime prior to dispatch.
You can request a return and refund for your order for any reason up to 14 days from the date your order was delivered, please note in this instance you will only be refunded the *product price* and that shipping is non-refundable. Unless the item is faulty the buyer will need to pay all costs associated with returning the item. Unwanted items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
In all instances, unless faulty, all returned items will be assessed upon return to our workshop and a *deduction and re-stocking fee* applied, unopened/unused items will attract a 10% deduction to cover our operating costs and original shipping charges, if the item has been used/opened a larger deduction may be necessary to cover costs such as refurbishment, in this instance we would advise you to contact us first.
If you received a faulty product or the item was not as described we will reimburse you the cost of the return postage up to the amount you paid when you placed the order, if you received free postage then you will need to pay the return postage.
If you are returning your order from overseas and paid customs charges to receive it we are unable to offer you a refund for these charges, in this instance you would need to contact your relevant authorities to find out how you receive a refund for these charges.
We offer a 1 year non-transferable manufacturers warranty on all our products, if any part fails or breaks during this time we will replace it for you in part or whole free of charge including postage, due to the nature of our products this warranty doesn't include the finish of painted surfaces.
